About The Position

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) powers Oracle’s global cloud services through highly available, large-scale, enterprise-grade data center environments. The Data Center Infrastructure Operations / Facilities team plays a critical role in sustaining OCI’s performance, security, and operational resilience by ensuring infrastructure systems operate reliably at scale. You will join a technically rigorous organization with a culture grounded in operational excellence, disciplined processes, and continuous improvement, where infrastructure reliability, safety, and execution quality are foundational to delivering cloud services worldwide. Role Overview As Senior Director, Site Deployment – Critical Facilities, you own end-to-end delivery of new and retrofitted data centers—from site readiness through operational turnover. This role is about execution certainty at scale.

Requirements

Deep experience delivering large, regulated, mission-critical construction or deployment programs.
Strong command of schedule risk, vendor performance, and safety governance.
Decisive, execution-focused leader.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.

Responsibilities

Lead global deployment programs for greenfield and retrofit critical facilities.
Manage internal engineering teams, external contractors, and delivery schedules.
Set safety, quality, and progress metrics; report to executive leadership.
Establish standardized deployment playbooks and continuous improvement loops.
Ensure clean handoff to operations with no latent risk.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
