About The Position
Essential Job Responsibilities · Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required · 10+ years of senior living, skilled nursing, or healthcare finance experience required · CPA, MBA or advanced degree preferred · Proven experience in skilled nursing billing, collections, and reporting · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems · Ability to work flexible hours to meet reporting and compliance deadlines The physical demands described here are representative of those that employees in this job must meet. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to solve problems, make decisions, interpret data, and organize. · Ability to do detailed work with a high degree of concentration · Ability to work under stress or in a fast-paced environment. · Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at one time. · Ability to make decisions quickly and use sound judgement.
