About the role Four Seasons at The Surf Club is seeking for a Senior Director of Security to oversee the day-to-day security operation to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property. The Senior Director of Security is responsible for strategic oversight of security and safety functions including staffing, budgets, protocols and procedures as well as crisis management.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a current Director of Security that has a minimum of 5 years of previous management experience in a luxury hotel/resort.

Nice To Haves

Preferred certifications/experience include CPR, First Aid and Fire Prevention.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director of Security complies with federal, state and local safety and security regulations and exercises independent judgment in the course of carrying out overall responsibilities and other activities as assigned.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities, and be willing to accept assignments on as need basis. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
