About The Position

This senior leadership role is responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a fast-growing SaaS platform serving operationally complex businesses. The Senior Director of Product leads multiple product teams, driving innovation, delivery excellence, and measurable business outcomes. This role balances customer-centric discovery with business priorities, translating insights into strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency and user experience. The position requires cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams. Requirements

7â10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading product teams.
Proven success scaling product organizations and shipping products that drive customer value.
Strong experience with SaaS or operational software platforms, preferably with multi-persona workflows or marketplace dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
Exceptional strategic thinking and operational rigor; corporate strategy experience is preferred.
Deep knowledge of product discovery, user-centered design, and product analytics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and storytelling skills; ability to align diverse teams around a common plan.
Data-driven decision-making skills, comfortable with KPIs, revenue modeling, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate a compelling product vision and multi-year strategy aligned with company objectives.
Lead annual and semi-annual product planning cycles, ensuring prioritization, resource alignment, and measurable impact.
Direct multiple Directors/Group PMs and oversee the broader PM organization, recruiting, coaching, and mentoring high-performing teams.
Establish and maintain consistent product management standards, operating rhythms, and evaluation frameworks across teams.
Partner with engineering and design to ensure predictable delivery, high-quality product outcomes, and continuous process improvement.
Deeply understand customer needs, market dynamics, and operational workflows to guide product discovery and strategy.
Align product initiatives with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, ensuring organizational clarity on priorities and progress.
Define and monitor product KPIs, tying outcomes to business results, and presenting strategy, performance, and insights to executive leadership.
