Homecare Homebase is seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Senior Director of Product Management to lead key product domains within our portfolio and drive outcomes through strong product craft, operational rigor, and cross-functional collaboration. Reporting to the Vice President of Product Management, this role plays a critical part in translating enterprise product strategy into scalable, high-impact execution. This role is ideal for a senior product leader who thrives in complexity, balances strategy with hands-on execution, and leads teams through clarity, trust, and accountability. You will own significant areas of the product portfolio, guide Directors and Product Managers, and ensure delivery aligns with HCHB's mission to empower exceptional care at home. Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of progressive product management experience, including leadership of product managers and/or directors in SaaS or complex enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated success owning product domains or portfolios with measurable business and customer outcomes.
  • Strong fluency across the product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and adoption.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional execution and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Solid technical acumen and ability to partner effectively with Engineering and Design leaders.
  • Experience navigating change, ambiguity, and organizational complexity.
  • A leadership style grounded in clarity, coaching, accountability, and trust.

  • Experience in healthcare technology, home-based care, value-based care models, or payer-provider interoperability.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for assigned product domains, ensuring alignment with broader portfolio and enterprise priorities.
  • Partner with the VP of Product Management to shape and refine product strategies addressing market shifts such as value-based care, Medicare Advantage, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Translate enterprise strategy into actionable plans, clear priorities, and outcome-driven roadmaps.
  • Apply structured decision-making frameworks to evaluate opportunities, trade-offs, and investment impact within your domain.
  • Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Client Success to deliver high-quality product outcomes.
  • Drive disciplined planning, delivery rhythms, release readiness, and success measurement within your teams.
  • Identify and remove execution blockers related to process, dependencies, or organizational friction.
  • Promote agile, learning-oriented delivery models that balance speed, quality, and sustainability.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Directors and Product Managers, fostering strong product judgment, customer empathy, and stakeholder effectiveness.
  • Establish clear role expectations, performance standards, and development plans across the team.
  • Support talent growth through coaching, feedback, and career progression aligned to organizational needs.
  • Model inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and UX leaders to ensure strong alignment between product intent and technical execution.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to support launches, positioning, and customer outcomes.
  • Represent your product domains in senior leadership forums, contributing insights and recommendations that inform broader decision-making.
  • Act as a connective force across teams, ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and outcomes.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, workflows, and pain points within your product domains.
  • Leverage customer insights, win/loss analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform roadmap decisions.
  • Ensure product decisions remain responsive to regulatory, payer, and technology trends impacting home-based care.
