The Senior Director of Marketing for the Retail Business Unit is responsible for setting the strategy and achieving profitable growth of the #1 frozen Mexican food brand El Monterey in the US. In this role you will be a member of the leadership team and a key influencer in all aspects of the retail business including innovation, digital strategy, revenue growth management, and go to market strategies. This position is accountable for achieving profitable growth and annual P&L targets for the business while ensuring the El Monterey brand is relevant for the next generation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 10+ years proven marketing experience, preferably within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) food / beverage industry.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, creativity, and business acumen.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights; IRI/Nielsen experience required.
  • Proven leadership in digital marketing.
  • Ability to unite stakeholders, drive collaboration, and influence the c-suite.
