The Director of Human Resources – Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) is a key HR leadership role responsible for driving the people strategy across our global ISC organization for nVent’s Systems Protection Business Segment. Reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources, this role serves as a strategic business partner to ISC leadership, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with business goals. This individual will support a global workforce of approximately 7 thousand employees across 32 manufacturing sites. WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Serve as a strategic advisor and business partner to ISC leadership providing guidance employee engagement strategies that align with business objectives. Partner with leaders on the delivery and execution of core HR processes (e.g., recruitment, succession planning, performance management, talent reviews). Leverage HR analytics and metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement. Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Lead change management efforts in support of organizational transformation and growth. Lead and develop a geographically dispersed team of HR Managers and Business Partners across union and non-union environments. Drive the development and implementation of standardized, scalable processes that empower operational excellence across the organization. Foster a collaborative HR community to share best practices and promote professional development. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and consistent manner. Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international labor laws and regulations.
