Job Description The HR Director provides leadership in the development and implementation of strategic and operational human resource programs and ensures linkage of human resources strategies across the Integrated Supply Chain. You will align the HR team's focus to both our short-term goals, and the long term strategic plan. You also will provide the leadership to ensure that HR services are consistent and meet our needs including talent acquisition, talent management, leadership development and succession planning, performance management, change management, employee relations, compensation and benefits and all people functions across global ISC functions and manufacturing. You will lead a staff of professionals and support team members globally and in NA and LA manufacturing plants. You will be the central point of knowledge sharing and data for plants globally, partnering with HR team members in regions outside the Americas. You will lead team participation and interface with all levels of the organization, and a direct collaboration with the Vice President, Human Resources, the Senior Vice President, ISC, and global leaders across the ISC organization. The HR Director, Integrated Supply Chain will report to the Vice President, Human Resources, business partnering and work a hybrid work schedule in Milwaukee, WI.
