About The Position

The Senior Director of Enrolment Management oversees the daily operations, performance outcomes, and professional development of Bryan University’s enrolment teams. This role ensures the consistent execution of efficient, high-quality processes that support the university’s mission to expand access to career-relevant online education. The director leads with a focus on performance metrics, team coaching, workflow optimization, and service quality—ensuring that every prospective student experiences a professional and supportive path to enrolment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred in business, higher education, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in enrolment operations, admissions management, or call center leadership within an online or adult education setting.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams in a metrics-driven environment, with expertise in KPI tracking, coaching, and process improvement.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and workflow automation platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of the enrolment process—from inquiry through course start—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to institutional standards and compliance requirements.
  • Metrics and Performance Management: Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inquiry response, conversion rates, yield, and student onboarding. Use data to identify strengths, address gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Staff Leadership and Development: Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of enrolment leaders and advisors. Provide training, feedback, and growth opportunities that enhance professional skill, accountability, and student-centered communication.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze workflows and implement process improvements to increase productivity, response times, and overall service quality. Leverage technology and automation tools to streamline enrolment operations at scale.
  • Collaboration: Partner effectively with Marketing, Financial Aid, Student Success, and Academic Affairs to ensure coordinated efforts and a seamless student experience across departments.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and service through ongoing performance evaluation, call monitoring, and process documentation.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Deliver regular dashboards and performance summaries to senior leadership. Use data insights to guide operational planning and resource allocation.
