The Senior Director of Digital Marketing will be responsible for setting the digital marketing and marketing technology strategy overseeing digital advertising, email marketing, social media, search engine optimization, website content and conversion, performance data and analytics, and the broader marketing technology stack including Salesforce. This person will report to the Senior Vice President of Marketing and be part of the sales and marketing leadership team lending expertise and counsel. Responsibilities and Duties: Manage the digital marketing and marketing technology teams to develop innovative digital solutions for the organization Manage and advance digital marketing strategies and practices to promote our product online, enhance our overall online presence and drive qualified leads to our website Manage and advance our marketing technology infrastructure optimizing existing platforms, identifying, and implementing new marketing technology platforms, and driving maximum utilization of our Salesforce products Lead the process in developing the journey for the digital homebuyer process ensuring an enhanced and consistent experience for customer growth and enhanced homebuyer engagement Set a multi-year strategy to grow sales and homebuyer engagement digitally Educate the marketing and design teams on digital strategies and practices that attract, engage, and convert new homebuyersDevelop digital marketing plans, media plans, and website improvement plans to enhance the online customer journey and experienceDevelop and lead the SEO projection roadmap, identifying key areas of growth and partnership with cross functional teams to drive prioritization and execution Manage digital marketing vendor relationships Own reporting and data analysis for digital marketing initiatives to measure impact, ROI and website metric trends Determine benchmarks and annual KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and identify areas to optimize marketing spend and efforts Work in partnership with IT to evolve StanleyMartin.com to provide a superior user experience that maximizes homebuyer interactions and optimizes SEO Stay on top of trends in digital marketing and the homebuilding market to best influence how our digital marketing plays a role in our overall success Grow, develop and manage a high-performing team of Digital Marketing professionals Ensure a high level of internal client satisfaction with a focus on responsiveness, resolution of problem situations, and successful completion of deliverables Consistently explore new opportunities for innovation and testing via new vendors, platforms, and proactively deliver recommendations with a goal of reaching and exceeding the KPIs set Direct the implementation of the strategy, content and ongoing maintenance of digital platforms (websites, social media, email, digital advertising, SEO and SEM) with the marketing team Manage the digital marketing budget and annual spend Position Standards: Approach every day and opportunity with innovation and an open mind Attention to detail Solution oriented Strong analytical skills Positive attitude Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Intellectual curiosity
