How you'll make an impact: • Develop and plan strategic to enterprise-level projects and activities with accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables on behalf of CVP and Leadership Team (LT), including analysis, metrics, reporting, and executive decision support • Serve in an advisory role to management to provide direction and guidance to project teams to execute enterprise-level projects, initiatives and/or programs • Direct strategic activities with overall responsibility of developing systems, planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, recommending and implementing changes to methods through several managers. Develop a robust talent development and succession planning in alignment with functional growth strategies across the global organization • Identify and evaluate enterprise-level process improvements and/or course correction/alignment opportunities including evaluations of new systems and/or procedures. Drive continuous improvement of Strategy program/project management capabilities through best practices, governance processes, and direct leadership • Partner with the CVP and LT on strategic communications and management processes • Serve as trusted partner to Strategy LT members and BU Operations leaders; develop recommendations to enhance EW Operations performance and capabilities • Develop targeted Operations initiatives within Strategy or in partnership with particular Business Units (BUs) • Manage processes for Operations Council and ELT Operations Committee forums (e.g., agendas, communications, outcomes, etc.) Edwards Lifesciences is the leading global structural heart innovation company, driven by a passion to improve patient lives. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field related to Strategy or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Required or Master's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field or experience in Strategy or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Preferred skill levels exceeding the requirements of the Senior Manager or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Required
• Certification in related field Preferred
