About The Position

The Senior Director of Clinical Services is a leadership position that is responsible for operations oversight and cross-functional management for the following clinical areas: Cardiopulmonary, Laboratory, Rehabilitation, Cancer Center, Imaging, and Wound Care. This position is responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of the hospital, including development of high-quality, cost effective, and integrated clinical programs within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Leadership, Business, or related field required.
• 5 years of experience as a hospital department director required.
• Licensed through the State of Nebraska in any of the following: Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Medical Lab Scientist (ASCP or AMT), Medical Radiographer, Respiratory Therapist, or Radiation Therapist (ARRT credential: R.T.(R)(T) or R.T.(T)) required.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree is preferred.
• Experience at a health care facility of at least fifty beds or more preferred.
