About The Position

The Senior Director of Charter & Enterprise Sales is a high-impact commercial leader responsible for driving growth across charter, jet card, enterprise membership, and corporate partnership segments. This role is best suited for a seasoned aviation or luxury travel sales professional with an established book of business and a proven ability to translate relationships into revenue. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will own a defined geographic territory, representing the brand in-market, cultivating strategic relationships, and closing complex high-value deals.

Requirements

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to command credibility in boardrooms, hangars, and hospitality settings alike.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to manage and grow a large multi-city or multi-state territory.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client engagement, events, and market development.
  • Strategic and relationship-focused, with a long-game approach.
  • Confident negotiator, able to navigate nuance and create mutual value.
  • Highly autonomous, accountable, and driven by measurable outcomes.
  • A natural connector who builds trust quickly and sustains it over time.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in private aviation, luxury travel, premium hospitality, or similar high-touch relationship-based environment.
  • Established book of business with demonstrable depth in HNW and corporate buyer networks.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, consultative deals with decision-makers and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an outbound sales strategy to expand charter and enterprise revenue in assigned markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate travel leaders, flight departments, sports and entertainment executives, and luxury clientele.
  • Manage a regional territory with the ownership mindset of a business franchise, including market development, pipeline growth, and quarterly forecasting.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations, providing tailored aviation solutions across charter, jet card, membership, and enterprise programs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, hospitality engagements, and market activations to strengthen brand presence and opportunity flow.
  • Craft long-term client journeys that integrate multiple products and deepen client lifetime value.
  • Work in tandem with Inside Sales Advisors to ensure seamless lead flow, account support, and follow-through.
