About The Position

The Senior Director of Catering Services will lead all on-site catering operations for a high-profile corporate client. This role is ideal for a seasoned hospitality executive with VP-level experience, ready to bring strategic leadership and operational excellence to a luxury, high-volume environment. The position oversees a team of 4 managers and 25+ catering attendants, managing over $15M in annual volume.

Requirements

VP-level experience in catering or hospitality operations.
Proven success managing $15M+ in annual catering volume.
Minimum 6 years in high-volume, luxury catering or F&B environments.
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
ServSafe certification (preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and operational systems.

Responsibilities

Lead all catering operations, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
Manage and develop salaried and hourly team members, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Oversee catering financials: budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to align services with business goals.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery.
