Position Summary Senior Director of Sales, Growth, and Sustainability will nurture and acquire new clients and business opportunities, driving growth and profitability for the hospice business unit. This person will identify and develop new business opportunities, and build meaningful relationships with referral partners, hospitals, clinics, physician groups, and all types of skilled nursing and senior living communities. The director will also evaluate existing partnerships and sales efforts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn't.
