As the Senior Director of Business Development, you are part of Best People. You serve as a trusted partner to prospective and existing clients, ensuring alignment between customer needs and MacLellan’s capabilities. Utilizing our Best Systems, you lead the development and execution of business development strategies, oversee pipeline management, and guide proposal and contract development processes. You collaborate closely with operational leaders to ensure seamless transitions from opportunity to execution, maintaining MacLellan’s commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You achieve the Best Results by driving sustainable revenue growth, building long-term client partnerships, mentoring business development team members, and ensuring consistent execution of strategic initiatives that support MacLellan’s long-term vision.
