The Senior Director of Administrative Services and People Operations provides leadership and structure of CHSI's core administrative functions, including People and Culture (HR), HRSA administrative compliance (non-risk), Board Governance support, and Health Information Management (HIM)> This role strengthens organizational infrastructure, supports accountability, and ensures alignment between people, processes, and mission. Approximately 10% of the role supports new initiative development and organizational growth projects.
