About the Role: We're looking for a Senior Director, New Product Planning (NPP) on the team to help us expand what's possible for patients with serious diseases. Reporting to the Vice President, Commercial Effectiveness, you'll lead U.S. new product planning from early commercial assessment through pre-commercialization and launch planning — serving as the primary commercial voice on asset and portfolio teams and translating scientific, clinical, and market insights into clear commercial strategies. In this highly visible, cross-functional role, you'll partner closely with Research, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Analytics, Regulatory, Legal, and Finance to ensure development programs are designed to meet patient needs, support future access and reimbursement, and enable successful launches — while also building and developing high-performing NPP talent and driving organizational readiness for multiple concurrent launches.
