This leader manages the ongoing development journey for the Medical organization, leading a team of Field Training Partners & Squad Trainers and using strategic workforce planning data to prioritize critical skills. The role drives innovation by continuously measuring the learning experience for all employees and integrating digital learning solutions, while collaborating cross-functionally with teams like Marketing, Compliance, and People & Culture.
