The Sr. Director of Measurement establishes and leads AMS’s measurement discipline — a new function designed to unify how we evaluate media and marketing effectiveness across clients, tools, and partners. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for building and managing vendor relationships, and developing scalable frameworks for learning and performance evaluation. The Director will guide how AMS measures what matters for each individual client, media campaign or agency partner. Initially, this role will be highly collaborative with matrixed access to analysts, planners, and data scientists across the organization. You will be hands-on in the numbers and doing what needs to be done to establish and advance new product offerings.
