The Senior Director, Marketing Strategy and Operations is a visionary leader responsible for driving the strategic direction, operational governance, and excellence for the marketing function across the organization. This role champions cross-departmental collaboration, harnesses AI-powered tools for campaign optimization and workflow automation, and advocates for the adoption of advanced processes and technologies to deliver measurable outcomes. This leader will ensure our MarTech stack, automation, attribution, and digital properties operate as a cohesive, data-driven growth system, while pushing the frontier on how AI elevates marketing performance. Serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, the Senior Director, Marketing Strategy and Operations aligns integrated marketing strategies with institutional priorities, ensuring resource efficiency and best-in-class execution. Working in close partnership with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and, at times, on behalf of the CMO, the Senior Director, Marketing Strategy and Operations helps shape and codify departmental strategy, institutional structure, budget stewardship, and operational effectiveness.
