Reporting to the North America Executive Director for Marketing, this person will lead strategy and execution for NAMR's highest-impact priorities aligned to business-critical audiences and Global campaign goals. The candidate will also lead the NAMR events team to deliver high-impact, C-suite+ experiences that strengthen priority relationships, fuel brand visibility, and create alignment with BCG's practice areas.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive marketing and strategy leadership experience—ideally with exposure to professional services, consulting, or B2B environments.
  • A proven track record of building and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in integrated campaigns, digital marketing, and content strategy.
  • Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing at the C-suite level.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success managing large, complex teams and budgets, fostering collaboration across functions and geographies.
  • A passion for experimentation in marketing approaches, with the ability to adapt strategies to a rapidly evolving landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Setting and steering the NAMR marketing strategy for the region's highest-impact priorities—anchored to business-critical audiences and tightly aligned with Global campaign goals.
  • Translating firm and PA priorities into integrated programs that elevate BCG in the market, generate senior-client engagement, and support commercial outcomes across key sectors and topics.
  • Leading end-to-end campaign planning and execution (objectives, audience, narrative, channel mix, budget, measurement) to ensure clarity of purpose and speed to impact.
  • Leading the NAMR Events team to design and deliver C-suite+ experiences that deepen priority relationships, amplify thought leadership, and create durable follow-through with account teams.
  • Bringing a test-and-learn, data-driven approach—establishing KPIs, instrumenting tracking, and optimizing in flight to improve reach, engagement, and pipeline influence.
  • Advising and influencing senior stakeholders (MDPs, Practice/Topic leaders, and regional leadership) on positioning, go-to-market.
  • Prioritizing and allocating investments toward initiatives with the greatest potential for client impact, brand visibility, and commercial return.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team, setting clear outcomes, fostering collaboration with PAs and local offices, and building capabilities for next-gen marketing.
