As Senior Director, Marketing Planning and Strategy, you and your team will lead the development and execution of Walmart's marketing strategy for two critical business units of Marketplace and Consumables, driving incremental GMV, consideration, and engagement. This high-impact role will shape the strategic marketing roadmap, guide cross-functional planning, and ensure effective activation with enterprise priorities, including the Customer Value Proposition (CVP) initiative. You will operate at the intersection of marketing, analytics, business strategy, and execution-delivering measurable results and elevating Walmart's brand relevance. About the Team The Marketing Planning & Strategy team translates Walmart's business goals and customer data and insights into actionable marketing strategies and plans. We collaborate across the company-including Merchandising, eCommerce, Finance and within Marketing -to develop integrated strategies that drive customer relevance and business value.
