About the Role We are seeking a strategic, highly organized Director of Content Management to serve as the operational and connective hub across Walmart Connect’s vertical, industry, and content organizations. This leader will architect and govern the end-to-end content ecosystem—ensuring alignment, scalability, and efficiency across all teams that create, use, or influence content. In this role, you will oversee content systems, workflows, governance, and analytics while driving cohesion across vertical and industry strategies. You will partner closely with leadership across Marketing, Vertical Strategy, Industry Solutions, Sales, and Product to ensure content execution supports enterprise priorities. This is a highly visible, director-level role for a leader who thrives at the intersection of operations, technology, strategy, and cross-functional alignment.
