The Senior Director of Marketing and External Relations is responsible for executing Pioneer Human Services’ marketing, communications and external engagement strategies in alignment with the organization’s strategic plan and Theory of Change. This role focuses on operationalizing brand strategy, driving revenue-supporting marketing performance and ensuring coordinated execution across communications, digital engagement and policy communications functions. The Senior Director supervises the Communications Manager, Digital Strategist and Policy Analyst and ensures day-to-day alignment, accountability and measurable results across all external relations activities. This role partners with the Chief of Staff to support broader policy and organizational strategy while maintaining primary responsibility for marketing execution and performance outcomes.
