The Impact You Will Make BPI’s clients are navigating a high-speed collision of cultural shifts, political volatility, and economic transformation. The bar for leadership has never been higher. Today, it isn’t enough for an executive to simply "manage"; they must lead the conversation. We empower leaders to seize their moment, using their influence to break news and shape beliefs. In addition, we're looking for this person to be a talented writer who has a passion for research, knows how to move audiences (while making audiences feel moved), and doesn't cringe at the idea of occasionally bantering in puns. As part of the candidate evaluation process, we ask candidates that participate in interviews to submit samples of past work (particularly speeches and op-eds), and to potentially participate in a brief writing test.
