The Impact You Will Make As Senior Director of Learning & Growth, you will set and lead Risepoint’s enterprise learning strategy building the skills and leadership capabilities needed to deliver exceptional outcomes for our university partners and the adult learners they serve. You will align learning to business priorities, accelerate time-to-productivity, and strengthen manager and leader effectiveness across a global, remote workforce. You will partner with People Business Partners and cross-functional leaders to diagnose capability gaps, design high-impact learning experiences, and embed development into the flow of work. In this role you will oversee and refine existing flagship learning experiences, and you will design new upskilling programs focused on AI to meet the rapidly evolving business needs of our organization. You will ensure learning is accessible, inclusive, measurable, and built for adult learners—modeling the same learner-first mindset we bring to our Partners and students What You Will Do Own and evolve the enterprise Learning & Growth strategy, roadmap, and operating model aligned to Risepoint’s strategic priorities including expanding Risepoint’s AI Upskilling Program to meet the needs of our Business Transformation
