You will play a pivotal role in shaping a solution-oriented approach that delivers value to our customers and drives sustainable business growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to craft and execute a long-term strategic sales plan, while mentoring both sales and technical teams to ensure outstanding performance and alignment. In close partnership with your manager and cross‑functional colleagues, you will lead the key account business in North America. You will be defining and executing the business strategy, accelerating growth through close collaboration with regional teams, and ensuring strategic alignment across all key stakeholders. In this position, you will lead long‑term business development for all Taste categories, with a stronger focus on Beverages and Dairy, for a major global key account in North America, driving sales growth and profitability in alignment with global and regional objectives. You’ll maintain dsm-firmenich as the clients’ key partner and commit to building a strong pipeline with a mindset to winning projects and selling profitable solutions.
