SUMMARY Responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening strategic relationships within assigned global accounts in alignment with SGS Retail Solutions initiatives. Develops and executes global account strategies, coordinates cross-regional activities, and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery JOB FUNCTIONS Develop and execute global account strategies aligned with SGS business objectives. Serve as the primary client contacts, coordinating communication and service delivery across SGS business lines and SGS affiliates. Drive revenue growth by expanding relationships with key decision-makers and identifying new opportunities within the account and across SGS business lines. Manage global agreements, contracts, and commercial relationships with assigned accounts. Monitor account performance against KPIs, service level agreements, financial targets, and customer satisfaction metrics. Lead regular business reviews, performance reviews, business development meetings, etc Ensure timely delivery of reports, invoices & communications, while monitoring revenue trends and DSO Resolve service delivery issues and manage claims to maintain strong client relationships. Track market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity impacting the account. Promote the SGS brand, capabilities, and integrity while ensuring compliance with SGS policies, safety standards, and Code of Integrity. Performs other duties as assigned.
