We want the time and energy you spend here to have a positive impact on your life inside and outside of the office The role: Entegris is seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Director, SBU Leader –Electromechanical Devices and Instrumentation based in Chaska, MN, to lead our highly profitable, fast-growing EMD&I single business unit (>$100M in annual revenue). The SBU portfolio includes AccuSizer® and SemiChem®, Liquid Lens Systems™ and Dispense pumps line of products. This role requires a seasoned leader with experience managing complex challenges, developing and executing clear and impactful strategies, and delivering measurable financial outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience with increasing responsibility, including leadership of cross-functional teams
• Minimum 2 years of General management experience
• Proven success in growing a business and maximizing profitability
• Strong business acumen and experience with P&L ownership of global businesses
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor or instrumentation industry
• International and domestic travel, up to 50% in a month

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree (MBA preferred)
• M&A experience
• 5+ years’ experience in semiconductor industry
• Background in Instrumentation / Metrology, preferably related to semiconductors

Responsibilities

• Develop a compelling business strategy aligned with BU and Division objectives
• Translate the strategy into actionable business goals with measurable impact
• Communicate the business strategy within the company and achieve cross-functional buy-in and support
• Make timely business decisions based on data; take calculated risks to drive profitable growth; prioritize business initiatives based on available resources; develop compelling business cases for investment
• Oversee a core portfolio of products with $100M+ in annual revenue, including its P&L (full ownership)
• Manage a team of product marketing professionals who are responsible for strategy development and deployment, new product development, product lifecycle management, pricing and marketing strategy
• Collaborate with the product management team (reporting to BU leader) to manage the core portfolio for profitability and to achieve annual revenue, gross margin and contribution margin targets
• Interact with Entegris Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to present strategy and investment requests. Proactively advocate for and communicate critical business needs to key stakeholders.
• Build a high-performing team and culture focused on innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Foster and maintain a culture of customer intimacy and deep curiosity about the markets in which we play.
• Drive collaboration across Engineering, R&D, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and other support functions
