About The Position

Job Description Job Requirements 2+ years of experience working with instrumentation and DAQ systems in research and development or testing environments such as automotive, aerospace, or heavy equipment preferred. Strong knowledge of electrical principles including experience with soldering, wiring, and harness fabrication. High proficiency in installing and troubleshooting physical sensors such as strain gauges and accelerometers including weatherproofing and ruggedizing for long term use. Experience with commercial data acquisition hardware and software with preferred experience using Mars Labs. Familiarity with electric vehicle safety protocols and high voltage systems. Demonstrated problem solving skills including independent root cause analysis and the ability to work effectively in small team environments. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willingness to travel up to 100 percent. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Comfortable working inside a vehicle for extended periods across rough terrain or varying road conditions. Flexibility to work occasional overtime or off shifts to support critical testing schedules.
