Are you curious about being part of our growth story while evolving your skills in a culture that will welcome your unique contributions? If so, let's start the conversation. Iron Mountain is transforming our HR function to build an agentic, AI-enabled ecosystem. However, to achieve these ambitions, we must first focus on "AI readiness.” As the Senior Director, HR Digital Enablement, you will lead the critical work of fixing our foundational tech debt, standardizing processes and making our content AI-ready so we can deploy automation at scale. You will serve as the primary interlock between HR strategy (CoEs) and execution (Enterprise IT, HR Service Delivery). In this role, you will oversee our Project & Change Management teams, our HR Portal & Content team, and build a new Process & Tech Solutions capability to ensure we automate optimized workflows, not just digitize bad processes. The ideal candidate You are equally comfortable discussing API integrations and data governance with IT, organizational design with HR, and ROI with Finance. You speak fluent "HR strategy" to business leaders and fluent "technical requirements" to tech teams. You are willing to pause the "futuristic AI" conversations to do the rigorous, foundational work of standardizing processes across the globe. You treat employees as customers and obsess over creating frictionless experiences for them. You are comfortable saying "no" to customization requests that add complexity or technical debt. You understand that Enterprise IT builds the configuration, but you own the design and sign-off. You have successfully managed leaders-of-leaders, balancing the "run" (daily content/BAU projects) with the "build" (future transformation) without burning out your teams.
