Job Purpose and Impact The Senior Director, Integration Management Office will lead the global execution of integration, separation, and other strategic portfolio initiatives, ensuring continuity of operations and alignment with business objectives. In this role, you will oversee a team of integration specialists and select, coach and support project leads to deliver effective planning, execution, and measurement across acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, and related actions. You will apply advanced project management practices to anticipate and mitigate risks, optimize resources, and drive cross-functional collaboration across businesses, functions, and corporate teams while partnering early with interested parties to identify and address due diligence, integration, and separation challenges, ensuring smooth transitions, value creation, and strategic impact across the organization. This role reports to the Senior Vice President, Corporate Development.
