Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in business development or advisory sales within social impact or related fields.
- Proven success in owning and closing complex deals with senior executives.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management.
- Deep credibility across corporate social impact and philanthropic sectors.
- Strong understanding of social impact frameworks and executive decision-making dynamics.
- Experience in developing go-to-market strategies in consultative sales environments.
- High commercial acumen with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence senior audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own net-new revenue generation for Institutional Membership and Studio services across assigned segments and territories.
- Build, manage, and convert a high-quality pipeline through proactive outreach, network activation, and relationship-building.
- Develop and execute a clear go-to-market strategy aligned to priority audiences within corporate social impact and private philanthropy.
- Leverage existing executive networks to generate warm introductions and high-probability opportunities.
- Provide strategic leadership and executive sponsorship across member accounts to drive renewal and cross-sell.
- Identify and close expansion opportunities including services upgrades and sponsorships.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership, bringing insights into program evolution and service innovation.
