This role is vital for driving net-new growth and establishing a significant presence in the corporate social impact landscape. Your contributions will play a crucial role in shaping and expanding transformative services for institutional members.

  • Own net-new revenue generation for Institutional Membership and Studio services across assigned segments and territories.
  • Build, manage, and convert a high-quality pipeline through proactive outreach, network activation, and relationship-building.
  • Develop and execute a clear go-to-market strategy aligned to priority audiences within corporate social impact and private philanthropy.
  • Leverage existing executive networks to generate warm introductions and high-probability opportunities.
  • Provide strategic leadership and executive sponsorship across member accounts to drive renewal and cross-sell.
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities including services upgrades and sponsorships.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership, bringing insights into program evolution and service innovation.
  • At least 8 years of experience in business development or advisory sales within social impact or related fields.
  • Proven success in owning and closing complex deals with senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management.
  • Deep credibility across corporate social impact and philanthropic sectors.
  • Strong understanding of social impact frameworks and executive decision-making dynamics.
  • Experience in developing go-to-market strategies in consultative sales environments.
  • High commercial acumen with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence senior audiences.
