About The Position

This senior marketing leadership role is responsible for defining and executing growth strategies that drive measurable revenue impact across multiple business lines. The Senior Director will lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team, combining data-driven decision-making, ABM, digital demand generation, and martech optimization to accelerate pipeline growth. This role requires strategic vision, operational rigor, and close partnership with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations. The ideal candidate will scale marketing programs, optimize funnel efficiency, and translate insights into actionable strategies that influence complex, multi-stakeholder buying groups. Success in this role is measured by pipeline contribution, marketing-sourced revenue, and team performance. Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience in SaaS, healthcare, higher education, fintech, commerce, or related technology sectors.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and scaling multi-disciplinary marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated success designing and executing ABM and demand generation programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Advanced expertise in HubSpot and strong proficiency with CRM, martech, attribution, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Track record of improving MQL → SQL conversion, pipeline quality, and measurable revenue impact.
  • Strategic thinker with operational rigor, capable of managing multiple priorities and fast-moving initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary Growth Marketing team, including marketers, SDRs, and copywriters, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and measurable results.
  • Define and execute enterprise ABM strategy, including ICP design, tiered account segmentation, multi-channel campaigns, and engagement of complex buying committees.
  • Drive full-funnel marketing campaigns across digital, email, paid media, webinars, events, direct mail, and SDR/CSM plays to support new logo acquisition and customer expansion.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to align goals, SLAs, account plans, and territory strategies while continuously improving lead routing, scoring, and conversion.
  • Oversee HubSpot and the broader martech stack to optimize automation, personalization, attribution, reporting, and digital performance.
  • Monitor and report on funnel metrics, pipeline contribution, CAC efficiency, and ROI, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align GTM strategies, enablement, product launches, messaging, and positioning across healthcare, higher education, and commerce verticals.
