Cornbread Hemp is seeking a Director of Growth to own and accelerate our next phase of growth. This role is responsible for developing and executing a full-funnel, performance-driven growth strategy across paid media and funnel optimization with a large emphasis on Meta advertising. You will partner closely with the CMO and cross-functional teams to scale customer acquisition and continuously optimize marketing efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role for a strategic, analytical marketer who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce marketing.
  • Proven success scaling paid media and growth programs in a DTC or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and lifecycle growth.
  • Hands-on experience managing seven-figure+ monthly ad budgets.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in regulated industries (CBD, cannabis, wellness, or supplements) is a strong plus.
  • Prior startup or high-growth company experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end growth marketing strategy across customer acquisition
  • Develop and execute a performance marketing roadmap focused on CAC, LTV, ROAS, and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize budgets across all paid channels to maximize ROAS.
  • Identify, test, and scale new growth channels and tactics.
  • Lead digital prospecting and remarketing efforts across paid social, paid search, and emerging platforms.
  • Build and optimize full-funnel campaigns (top, mid, and bottom of funnel) with clear messaging and offers.
  • Continuously test creative, audiences, landing pages, and offers to improve conversion rates.
  • Own growth analytics and reporting, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics and ad platform dashboards.
  • Analyze and report on CPC, CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and cohort performance.
  • Improve attribution modeling to better understand channel-level performance.
  • Make data-driven recommendations on spend allocation, tooling, and experimentation.
  • Collaborate closely with the CMO, Executive Creative Director and eCommerce/Retention Director on annual promotional calendars, campaign themes, and growth priorities.
  • Work with internal partners (social, creative, web, video) to produce high-performing, persona-driven content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all growth marketing touchpoints while prioritizing performance.
  • Provide clear direction, feedback, and accountability across marketing initiatives.
