Role Overview: Relay is seeking a visionary Director of Growth Marketing to serve as the chief architect of our demand generation engine, owning the strategic roadmap and the allocation of some of our most significant marketing investments. In this role, you will develop data-driven, full-funnel strategies that bridge the gap between initial awareness and long-term retention, transforming capital into predictable, high-velocity pipeline across our market segments.
