David’s Bridal is seeking a hands-on Go-To-Market leader to own the end-to-end planning, creation, and execution of integrated brand campaigns and launches across the company. This is not a strategy-only role. This leader personally builds integrated GTM and channel plans, shapes campaign architecture, and works directly with channel and creative leaders to bring launches to life across email, website, homepage, social, content, paid media, PR, events, retail, and partnerships. This role serves as the central operator ensuring that brand storytelling, product and service launches, partner initiatives, B2B/SMB offerings, and events all ladder into a single, cohesive GTM engine. Act as the campaign integrator, ensuring every channel is telling the right story at the right moment in the customer journey. This is a player–coach role for someone who thrives in the details, understands how channels work together, and knows how to turn vision into execution at scale.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of marketing experience with deep expertise in GTM, campaigns, and integrated marketing
  • Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary marketing teams
  • Hands-on experience building:
  • Integrated GTM plans
  • Channel strategies and campaign calendars
  • Creative briefs and asset plans
  • Strong experience partnering with creative, digital, social, PR, and event teams

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end GTM planning and execution of go-to-market initiatives including, but not limited to:
  • Major brand campaigns and seasonal moments
  • Product and service launches (e.g., Pearl Planner, Travel by David’s)
  • Partner, vendor, and dropshipper initiatives
  • B2B and SMB offerings, including wedding pro and vendor platforms
  • Events and experiential activations
  • Serve as the single source of truth for what the company is launching, when, and how all GTMs connect. Create and maintain a cohesive GTM framework that ensures initiatives are complementary, sequenced, and not competing.
  • Integrated Campaign & Channel Execution: Personally build campaign architecture, including:
  • Hero message and core narrative
  • Channel roles, sequencing, and funnel strategy
  • Launch phases, drops, sustain plans, and optimization moments
  • Develop hands-on channel plans detailing:
  • Email strategy (audience, cadence, messaging arcs)
  • Homepage and site storytelling flows
  • Social and content narratives
  • Paid amplification strategy in partnership with performance team
  • Own campaign calendars, launch timelines, and prioritization across the business.
  • Own the creation and submission of creative briefs for all major campaigns and GTMs to clearly define:
  • Campaign objectives and work with Director of Brand Strategy on key messages
  • Channel-specific asset needs
  • Creative formats, volumes, and timeline
  • Ensure briefs are actionable, prioritized, and aligned to GTM goal
  • Work with Director of Brand Strategy to deliver cohesive storytelling across all channels
  • Team Leadership & GTM Management: Lead and develop a team responsible for key GTM pillars:
  • Partner Marketing Manager: Partner, vendor, and dropshipper GTMs
  • Product Marketing Manager: Services and offerings such as Pearl Planner and Travel by David’s
  • Events Manager: Bridal shows, B2B trade shows, and in-store events
  • B2B / SMB Marketing Manager: B2B offerings and wedding pro/vendor acquisition
