David’s Bridal is seeking a hands-on Go-To-Market leader to own the end-to-end planning, creation, and execution of integrated brand campaigns and launches across the company. This is not a strategy-only role. This leader personally builds integrated GTM and channel plans, shapes campaign architecture, and works directly with channel and creative leaders to bring launches to life across email, website, homepage, social, content, paid media, PR, events, retail, and partnerships. This role serves as the central operator ensuring that brand storytelling, product and service launches, partner initiatives, B2B/SMB offerings, and events all ladder into a single, cohesive GTM engine. Act as the campaign integrator, ensuring every channel is telling the right story at the right moment in the customer journey. This is a player–coach role for someone who thrives in the details, understands how channels work together, and knows how to turn vision into execution at scale.
