As our Director, Product Go-to-Market, you will own our GTM releases at ShopMy end to end—setting the narrative, building the function, and leading a team that supports our three-sided ecosystem of Brands, Creators, and Shoppers. This is a foundational leadership role responsible for defining how we articulate value of our launches, position our products, and bring new offerings to market across audiences with distinct needs, motivations, and buying behaviors. Reporting into our Head of Marketing, this is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Growth. You will translate product strategy into clear, compelling stories, ensure tight GTM alignment, and build the systems and team that allow GTM to scale alongside the business. This role is ideal for a strategic operator who has built GTM before, thrives in complexity, and knows how to lead teams while staying close to the work.
