The Global Process Owner for Supply Planning is responsible for defining, governing, and continuously enhancing the end-to-end supply planning process to ensure reliable product availability, efficient use of capacity, and optimized inventories across all regions and business units. The role sets global planning standards, methodologies, and parameters, and owns the design of the core and advanced planning processes, including constrained/unconstrained planning, rough-cut capacity planning, network allocation, and scenario planning. It serves as the primary business owner for supply planning systems and tools (including advanced/digital planning and AI/ML capabilities), ensuring they are configured, deployed, and used consistently to support high-quality decision making. The scope covers process design, documentation, training and certification of planners, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Global Process Owner works cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, S&OP/IBP, and IT to drive integrated, data-driven planning and to embed digital and AI-enabled capabilities into day-to-day ways of working globally
