Senior Director, FP&A reports to the VP, FP&A and serves as an integral member of the Finance Leadership team. Position serves as a key advisor to the head of Technical Operations/Global Supply Chain and contributes to the organization’s development and achievement of strategic goals. In addition, the individual is charged with developing and implementing more sophisticated policies and processes both in the finance and general operational realms. Requirements

A minimum of a BS or similar designation; MBA preferred
At least 8 years experience in key financial leadership roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical/biopharma industry
Experience directly supporting senior manufacturing executives
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills
Ability to operate as an effective tactical as well as strategic thinker
Must be willing to flex work hours at times to accommodate business partners in Europe
Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally, up to 25% of time

Responsibilities

Planning/resource allocation and optimization
Act as key advisor to the head of Global Supply Chain/Tech Ops to drive results that are aligned to Corporate strategy and goals
Develop and implement forward-looking, financial analytics to provide insights into the organization’s operations and business plans
Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping the CFO & VP FP&A informed of all critical issues
Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual budget/forecast process for the Global Supply Chain/Tech Ops function, with support of Associate Director, FP&A based in Zug, Switzerland
Manage consolidation and reporting of quarterly financials
Coordinate cross-functionally with Commercial organization to ensure alignment on key product supply-related issues
Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures
Participate/lead special projects
Other duties as assigned by manager
Team Development/Leadership
Direct activities (dotted line basis) of Zug, Switzerland-based Associate Director, FP&A providing part-time support for Ireland manufacturing activities
Promote a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality
Mentor company FP&A staff including evolving mindsets to a more strategic and story-telling level
Lead by example and communicate cross-functionally
