The salary for this position is between $250,000 and $285,000 per year, in compliance with California salary transparency requirements. This range reflects the expected compensation based on qualifications, experience, and location. Requirements

Trusted advisor for Finance, Business, and Functional partners across multiple geographies and disciplines.
Ability to influence in a complex matrix environment with limited direct reporting authority.
Strong business analytics skills with a proven business acumen.
Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize complex data and develop innovative solutions.
Expertise in ecommerce business models, digital KPIs, and omnichannel financial strategies.
Experience with modern finance tools (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle, Tableau, SAP etc.)
Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive change in a fast-paced digital environment.
Understanding of Compliance Matters.
Excellent project management and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
Promotes a collaborative team environment and ensures work/life balance.
Ability to coach, manage, align, motivate, and develop talent.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles in ecommerce or retail.
5+ years of experience working with senior-level management teams

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting and forecasting for all revenue and COGS P&L lines across Ecommerce.
Develop and maintain driver-based P&L models to support scenario planning and strategic decision-making.
Partner with Demand Planning and Operations teams to align forecasts with business drivers and market dynamics.
Challenge business assumptions to improve profitability and drive sustainable growth. Drive predictive analytics and elevate forecasting from trend-based to driver-based methodologies.
Support strategic initiatives including profit improvement projects, and ROI analysis.
Collaborate with FP&A, Marketing Finance, Supply Chain, and League Finance teams to ensure cohesive financial planning and reporting.
Provide data-driven insights to influence pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategies.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
