This leadership position guides a team of finance associates supporting the Foodservice and On-Premise cross-functional account teams on customer negotiations for multi-year contract renewals/renegotiations, investment spend requests, new business opportunities and category expansion opportunities across multiple package forms in the FSOP (Foodservice & On-Premise) organization. This encompasses providing business and strategy consultation, value chain development and financial analysis, ensuring customer portfolio equity and channel integrity, and partnering closely with a cross functional negotiating team (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Operations, Bottling Partners, etc.) to help drive towards value-based customer agreements. In addition, the team is responsible for supporting customer teams and FSOP Finance Directors in forward looking, commercial and decision support analytics. As such, this leadership role will partner with the Finance Directors and Sales Leadership on management and prioritization of a robust pipeline of analytical needs and is responsible for driving engagement of the broader team and for capability development of the team and partners.
