As the Planning Lead on the account, you are responsible for the creation of the strategic direction a brand will take in communications to achieve their business goals. You are responsible for helping to strategize, produce and interpret the key cultural, consumer and category signals required to design the best possible holistic connections plan to deliver on client objectives. This work should be held up as best practice both within the agency and externally. You have a passion for people, brands, ideas and a constant curiosity for not just how creative and media can interact together in more cohesive way, but how brands can use media to behave differently. You believe that brands can & should mean something in the world, and are driven by the desire to understand how data translates into meaningful consumer behaviors and actions. As a result, you think of communications across the full ecosystem of paid, owned and earned connection points, creating consumer experiences that are consistent and cohesive with the strategic direction.
