The Senior Director, Evidence-Based Learning and Leadership plays a central role in translating College Board’s learning, assessment, and research evidence into high-quality experiences, tools, and supports for school system leaders. This role is responsible for designing and executing convenings, leadership learning experiences, and practical resources that help leaders interpret evidence, make informed decisions, and take action to improve teaching and learning. The Senior Director brings deep instructional and leadership experience, strong facilitation and design skills, and a practical understanding of how district and school leaders operate in complex, high-stakes environments. Working closely with the Vice President, this role ensures that the team’s work is rigorous, relevant, and grounded in real-world leadership practice. In this role, you will:
