About The Position

This role is for a VP, Engagement Strategy who will guide capabilities with expertise in engagement, digital, market research, and data strategy. The individual will drive strategic vision for clients, lead teams in innovative execution, and collaborate across agency departments and with client stakeholders to plan and execute integrated tactics within an omnichannel ecosystem. This position also involves contributing to business growth and developing engagement strategy roadmaps for key client accounts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8+ years of engagement strategy, digital marketing, or project experience (within a pharmaceutical agency strongly desired)
  • Proficient with AI Tools such as Gemini, Claude, and NotebookLM
  • Familiarity and comfort interacting with Google Analytics
  • Track record of implementing omnichannel strategies and cohesive ecosystem of tactics
  • Extensive experience leading brand/tactical planning and championing innovative ideation techniques

Responsibilities

  • Defines, teaches, and maintains agency engagement strategy philosophy and approaches
  • Fosters innovation to expand and evolve our engagement and omnichannel services
  • Experience with AI tools and focus on leveraging AI to enhance the quality of our work
  • Bring together creativity and data to create compelling personal experiences that grow our clients’ business
  • Incorporates and champions innovation and quality throughout the process and across all tactics
  • Mentors engagement team members, discussing with each career interests, growth opportunities, and training
  • Partners with other departments to ensure overall agency collaboration, particularly analytics, media and marketing technology
  • Defines, interprets, and executes client digital and omnichannel strategy
  • Have a vision and see the “big picture” of the brand-customer experience
  • Frame the customers’ behavior trends/patterns, identify differences across customer segments, and apply all learning to their journey
  • Bring a deep understanding of data resources and techniques related to market research, targeting, and measurement
  • Employ a variety of methods, including market trends/gap analysis, segmentation, personas, customer journeys, content mapping, program architecture, data capture strategies, scoring models, and business process optimization
