We are seeking an experienced and visionary VP, Engagement Strategy to lead the omnichannel and experience strategy for BGB’s new business, pitch, and growth-focused initiatives. This senior leader will define how customer needs, behaviors, and motivations shape engagement journeys—and will build the strategic frameworks that bring those journeys to life within our pitch and growth work. The ideal candidate blends deep healthcare expertise with modern experience strategy, connecting insights, data, technology, and creativity into compelling engagement stories that win business and elevate BGB’s strategic offering. As a key strategic leader, you will collaborate closely with Creative, Brand Strategy, Medical Strategy, and Business Development partners to build omnichannel narratives that differentiate BGB, inspire clients, and drive ongoing agency expansion.
