About The Position

We're looking for a Senior Director, Demand Generation This role is Remote, United States At Cornerstone, we’re unlocking human and AI potential through workforce development solutions used by more than 7,000 organisations and 130 million users worldwide. As we evolve how we generate demand globally, we’re looking for a senior leader to bring strategy, structure, and momentum to the centre of our go-to-market motion. As Senior Director of Demand Generation, you will own the global strategy and execution across three critical functions: Global Campaigns, Digital Marketing, and Account-Based Experience (ABX). This is a highly visible role with real influence — responsible for designing and scaling an integrated, full-funnel demand engine that drives measurable pipeline and revenue impact. This role is central to how Cornerstone grows.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in global demand generation, digital marketing, and integrated campaign strategy within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • A proven track record of building and scaling pipeline engines that directly contribute to revenue growth.
  • Deep experience designing and executing full-funnel, multi-channel programs, including ABX and account-based motions.
  • Strong understanding of modern marketing technology ecosystems — ABX platforms, marketing automation, analytics, and digital advertising.
  • Exceptional leadership and influencing skills, with experience aligning global, cross-functional teams.
  • A builder’s mindset — comfortable operating in complexity, designing systems, and continuously improving how things work.
  • Passion for innovation and staying ahead of trends in integrated marketing, personalisation, and digital engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and shape global demand strategy
  • Own the global demand generation strategy and operating model across Campaigns, Digital, and ABX.
  • Define priorities, investment trade-offs, and execution frameworks that balance global scale with regional relevance.
  • Translate business priorities into integrated, full-funnel, multi-channel programs that drive pipeline, engagement, and revenue.
  • Build an integrated demand engine
  • Design and execute global campaign architectures that combine compelling narratives, ABX personalisation, and digital engagement.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and experience across paid media, web, social, email, and account-based channels.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Field Marketing, and Sales to ensure all programs are aligned and mutually reinforcing.
  • Drive strong collaboration between global and regional teams — enabling localisation without losing strategic cohesion.
  • Lead, develop, and scale teams
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing global team across ABX, Digital Marketing, and Global Campaigns.
  • Build clear operating rhythms, processes, and ways of working that improve speed, scalability, and effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive commercial impact and optimisation
  • Serve as a primary marketing partner to Field Marketing leading , aligning on pipeline strategy and demand priorities.
  • Establish and own KPIs across campaigns, ABX, and digital — including pipeline contribution, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
  • Monitor performance holistically and use insights to continuously optimise programs and investment.
  • Manage budgets and resources to maximise impact and efficiency at scale.
