The Senior Director, Demand and Campaigns will own and set Quantinuum's integrated campaign planning and orchestration capability. This position is designed to create and lead a more disciplined campaign system that connects priorities, channels, sequencing, and execution into more consistent cross-channel programs that support pipeline-oriented marketing. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategy, orchestration, and selective execution. Success depends on building the campaign operating model, defining how campaigns are planned and run, and personally orchestrating the first wave of programs while the capability matures. A central requirement of the role is to connect enterprise and government-focused demand generation that shapes and conditions the market with target-account lead generation that converts that demand into actionable sales opportunities. Strong partnership with product marketing, content, lifecycle, field, and operations stakeholders will be essential.
