Senior Director, Demand and Campaigns

QuantinuumBrooklyn Park, MN
Hybrid

About The Position

The Senior Director, Demand and Campaigns will own and set Quantinuum's integrated campaign planning and orchestration capability. This position is designed to create and lead a more disciplined campaign system that connects priorities, channels, sequencing, and execution into more consistent cross-channel programs that support pipeline-oriented marketing. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategy, orchestration, and selective execution. Success depends on building the campaign operating model, defining how campaigns are planned and run, and personally orchestrating the first wave of programs while the capability matures. A central requirement of the role is to connect enterprise and government-focused demand generation that shapes and conditions the market with target-account lead generation that converts that demand into actionable sales opportunities. Strong partnership with product marketing, content, lifecycle, field, and operations stakeholders will be essential.

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in demand generation, lead generation, integrated campaigns, ABM, campaign strategy, or a related B2B enterprise marketing role.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated success building campaign-planning processes, integrated campaign calendars, and orchestration mechanisms across multiple teams and channels.
  • Strong experience designing both market-shaping demand-generation programs and targeted lead-generation motions for enterprise or government-oriented buying environments.
  • Experience owning campaign briefs, launch-planning mechanics, channel-mix decisions, and integrated sequencing across complex marketing programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply AI-enabled workflows to accelerate campaign planning, brief creation, asset adaptation, execution coordination, and performance analysis across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to personally orchestrate campaigns while also building a repeatable operating model for others to follow.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate marketing, sales, regional, and partner-facing stakeholders without direct control over all resources.
  • Strong judgment in balancing speed, rigor, and practicality in campaign planning and execution.
  • Tangible experience using AI-powered tools and automation to improve efficiency, generate insights, and enhance execution across marketing and/or GTM workflows.
  • Experience in enterprise, government, deep-tech, or other complex B2B environments with long or high-consideration buying cycles.
  • Familiarity with ABM-oriented campaign systems and integrated planning models.
  • Experience working effectively before full marketing automation maturity is in place.
  • Experience using AI-enabled workflows to accelerate campaign development, asset adaptation, execution planning, and cross-functional coordination in complex marketing environments.
  • Strong instincts for combining human judgment with automation to improve campaign speed, consistency, and orchestration without weakening governance or message quality.
  • Comfort using a mix of AI-enabled workflows, external partners, contractors, and agencies to extend campaign execution capacity efficiently.

  • AI-Enabled Campaign Orchestration: Lead and develop AI-enabled workflows to accelerate campaign planning, brief development, asset adaptation, channel coordination, execution tracking, and cross-functional orchestration while maintaining quality, message consistency, and operational discipline.
